You can check the status of your order and track your delivery at any time from your account by clicking on the link shared in your shipping confirmation email or in the “track my order” section in the footer of the givazzi.com website.
You may return your items within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns are free, a pre-paid return label is provided with your order.
We would like to point out that GIVAZZI is not responsible for products returned by a different carrier. We recommend using the prepaid label.
1. All returns must be made within the same country/region in which the order was placed.
2. Please make sure your items are being returned in their original condition and with their original packaging.
3. All labels must be saved and attached to the products.
Place the products in the original packaging and stick the return label over the initial delivery label and take them to a post office.
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of confirmation.
MODIFYING AN ORDER: Please note that this service is not available. Our team will be happy to assist you.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER: If you have an account on givazzi.com: Log in to your account and select the order you wish to cancel. You can cancel by clicking on “cancel order”.
If you don't have an account: Go to the “track your order” section at the bottom of the website. After providing your order number, you can cancel by clicking “cancel my order”.
You can check the status of your order and track your delivery at any time via your givazzi.com account or in the “track your order” section in the footer of the website.
If your order is:
- Pending: The order has been confirmed and is being prepared.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled by you or due to product unavailability. It is also possible that payment for your order has not been completed.
- Shipped: Your order has left our distribution center for its destination.
- Pending Return: You have registered your return, but we have not yet received or processed your product at our fulfillment center.
- Waiting for confirmation: Payment for your order has not yet been finalized. A dedicated customer service consultant may contact you shortly to assist with your order.
- Returned: You have returned your order and our fulfillment center has processed your return.
If your order was not delivered within the estimated time, we recommend that you:
- Check the status of your order in your account;
- Check that the delivery address is correct;
- Please contact the carrier if you have not received your order. For assistance, please contact our customer service.
Upon delivery, please make sure that the package is not damaged in any way. Any external damage must be immediately reported in writing on the carrier's delivery documents, below your signature, describing the condition of the package (damaged package, open box, etc.) For any other problem, please contact our customer service.
You will receive an email with your order details and an estimated delivery date. Please contact our customer service team if you require assistance.
Products ordered from givazzi.com are gift-wrapped in exclusive GIVAZZI packaging and shipped securely in a plain cardboard box.
Givazzi.com works with fixed shipping rates by region.
Payments
Credit Cards: The full amount will be charged to your card when your order is shipped. Givazzi.com offers a “quick checkout” option, which allows you to save your credit card information so you don’t have to enter it for future purchases.
Givazzi.com offers the option of paying in up to 10 interest-free installments.
At givazzi.com, every payment is highly secure thanks to Verisign, ATW certified servers and encryption services (SSL). Furthermore, we only use secure connections, as indicated by the “https” prefix and the padlock in the URL bar of your browser. To ensure secure credit card payments, you will be asked to enter your card security code each time you place an order. Additionally, our payment control department may perform checks and contact you before approving the transaction and confirming the order to combat fraud, ensure your protection and obtain further information.
Before paying for your order, please make sure that:
- The card and billing information you entered is correct: Your 16-digit code is correct and you selected the correct card type.
- The 3 or 4 digit code is correct.
- Your selected card or payment method is still valid and has not expired.
- You have the necessary balances for the purchase amount.
- If you have saved your payment details, we also recommend that you: Check that the billing address matches the card or payment method used.
- You can directly update these details in the My Account section or add a new card when you go to pay.
The order amount will be debited at different times, depending on the payment method used:
- credit card:
Once the order is placed, a payment authorization is automatically performed to verify the validity of the credit card and the availability of funds. The amount will be debited when the order is delivered to the shipping company. You will receive an email informing you that the amount has been debited.
Givazzi.com issues a receipt for each order placed. You can download this document directly from your givazzi.com account once your order has been shipped. Once your order is confirmed, you will not be able to change the information you entered. To obtain a copy of your receipt, please contact our customer service or log in to your account at givazzi.com.
